В качестве наполнителя использовали четыре типа частиц: оксид графена (ОГ), наноалмазы (НА), углеродные нанотрубки и пористые углеродные частицы из ИК-пиролизованного полиакрилонитрила (ИК-ПАН). Показано, что при фильтрации разбавленных растворов нефти в толуоле (10 и 100 г/л) мембраны, модифицированные НА, ОГ и ИК-ПАН, демонстрировали увеличение проницаемости по сравнению с исходной ПАН-мембраной. При фильтрации раствора 100 г/л задерживающая способность всех ПАН-мембран составляла более 95%. Газохроматографический анализ подтвердил селективность исследуемых мембран по отношению к углеводородам: пермеат обогащается более легкими фракциями, в то время как тяжелые алканы, смолы и асфальтены преимущественно задерживаются. В ходе исследования было установлено, что модификация ПАН-мембран наноалмазами является наиболее перспективным подходом для выделения тяжелых соединений из нефтяных растворов, поскольку обеспечивает оптимальное сочетание высокой проницаемости, селективности по асфальтенам и устойчивости к загрязнению. Полученные результаты подтверждают потенциал ультрафильтрационных мембран на основе модифицированного ПАН для эффективного концентрирования тяжелых нефтяных остатков из вязких нефтяных сред.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В работе исследовано влияние модификации ультрафильтрационных мембран из полиакрилонитрила (ПАН) различными углеродными частицами на эффективность баромембранного выделения тяжелых соединений, таких как асфальтены и смолы, из нефти и нефтепродуктов.
