Parametric synthesis of matching four-poles in a feedback circuit of multistage amplifiers and autogenerators

Аннотация

An algorithm for parametric synthesis of multistage amplifiers and autogenerators using reactive, resistive, mixed or complex matching four-poles included in a feedback circuit has been developed. The interrelationships between the elements of the classical feedback transmission matrix, optimal according to the selected criteria, are determined. The dependences of the resistances of a part of the two-pole of the indicated types of four-pole on the frequency optimal according to the criterion of providing the specified characteristics are obtained. In this case, the theory of four-poles, methods of matrix algebra, parametric synthesis of microwave control devices, decomposition and circuit analysis of radio devices are used. A comparative analysis of the theoretical results obtained by mathematical modeling in the MathCad system and the experimental results obtained by circuit modeling in the OrCAD and MicroCap systems shows their satisfactory agreement. In particular cases, the results of the work coincide with the known ones.
