That means that in comparison of these two methods pulseoxymetry is a more adequate method for hyperoxia detection. Simultaneous application of pulseoxymetry and transcutaneous monitoring is the most optimal for hyperoxia detection</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Авторами проведен ретроспективный анализ некоторых факторов риска ретинопатий недоношенных: показателей газового состава крови (SpO2, sO2 - 2616 исследований, pO2, pCO2 - 844 проб капиллярной крови, FiO2 - 944 исследования) за первые 7 сут жизни у недоношенных младенцев, развивших впоследствии ретинопатии недоношенных. Показатели SpO2 во всех трех группах детей превысили 96% (гипероксия), показатели же газового состава артериализированной капиллярной крови (SaO2) и pO2) оставались в пределах допустимых значений. Т. е. при сравнении этих двух методик пульсоксиметрия является более адекватной методикой для выявления гипероксии.
