The effect of anti-glaucoma preparations on various eye vessels was investigated in a clinical study with the use of a variety of different methods. The present review was designed to summarize the results of the most important experimental and clinical research on the influence of hypotensive agents, such as M-cholinomimetics, beta-blockers, carboanhydrase inhibitors, and prostaglandins, on the blood circulation in different eye compartments in experiment, in healthy subjects, and patients with ocular hypertension and glaucoma.</p>
Настоящий обзор обобщает результаты наиболее важных исследований, посвященных влиянию гипотензивных препаратов (М-холиномиметиков, бета-блокаторов, ингибиторов карбоангидразы, простагландинов), на кровоток в различных отделах глаза в эксперименте, у здоровых людей и у больных глазной гипертензией и глаукомой.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>glaucoma</kwd><kwd>hypotensive agents</kwd><kwd>ocular hemodynamics</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>глаукома</kwd><kwd>гипотензивные препараты</kwd><kwd>гемодинамика глаза</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Бакшинский П.П.
