Group 1 included 46 patients aged &lt;18 years and Group 2 included 88 patients aged &gt;18 and &lt;35 years. A gynecologist and a urologist were consulted, a medical history was taken, and a physical examination with emphasis on the presence of secondary sexual characteristics and laboratory tests were performed to assess the endocrine function in surviving patients aged &lt;18 years. Anamnestic data were used in patients aged &gt;18 years.</p> <p><bold><italic>RESULTS</italic></bold><italic>: </italic>The somatic status data analysis of 46 surviving adolescents revealed that 29 (63%) have abnormalities. Chronic gastritis and gastroduodenitis, biliary dyskinesia, fatty hepatosis, and lactase deficiency predominate in gastrointestinal structure diseases. Respiratory diseases are represented by chronic nasopharyngeal diseases in 13.0% of children. Secondary immunodeficiency condition was diagnosed in 3 (6.5%) patients. Musculoskeletal system and connective tissue pathologies in deforming dorsopathies were identified in 10.9% of cases and bone and joint pain were identified in 8.7%. Chronic conditions were found in 42 (47.7%) of 88 patients in Group 2. Somatic disorders were found in 95.2%, hormonal disorders in 11.9%, psycho-emotional disorders in 9.5%, and combined pathology in 9.5% of cases. Endocrine pathology was detected in 14 patients (30.4%) aged &lt;18 years.</p> <p><bold><italic>CONCLUSION</italic></bold><italic>:</italic> Retinoblastoma survivors have a high risk of somatic and endocrine disorders. The main risk factors are distance radiation therapy and alkylating agents. Regular lifelong follow-up of these patients is necessary to establish a medical rehabilitation system for children with retinoblastoma.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold><italic>Цель</italic></bold><italic>.</italic> Комплексная оценка частоты и характера хронических заболеваний больных ретинобластомой в отдалённом периоде наблюдения.</p> <p><bold><italic>Материал и методы</italic></bold><italic>.</italic> Работа основана на анализе отдалённых результатов лечения 176 пациентов с ретинобластомой. В группу I вошли 46 пациентов до 18 лет. В группу II включены 88 пациентов старше 18 лет, но до 35 лет. Для оценки эндокринной функции выживших пациентов до 18 лет проводили консультацию гинеколога, уролога, сбор анамнеза, физикальный осмотр с акцентом на наличие вторичных половых признаков, лабораторные исследования. У больных старше 18 лет использовали анамнестические данные.</p> <p><bold><italic>Результаты</italic></bold><italic>. </italic>При анализе данных о соматическом состоянии 46 выживших подростков у 29 (63%) из них выявлены нарушения. В структуре болезней желудочно-кишечного тракта преобладает хронический гастрит и гастродуоденит, дискинезия желчевыводящих путей, жировой гепатоз, лактазная недостаточность. Болезни органов дыхания представлены хроническими заболеваниями носоглотки у 13,0% детей. Вторичное иммунодефицитное состояние диагностировано у трёх (6,5%) пациентов. Патология костно-мышечной системы и соединительной ткани в виде деформирующих дорсопатий выявлены в 10,9% случаев, боли в костях и суставах выявлены в 8,7%. Из 88 больных старше 18 лет группы 2 хронические состояния выявлены у 42 больных (47,7%). Соматические расстройства выявлены в 95,2% случаев, гормональные нарушения — в 11,9% случаев, нарушения психоэмоционального состояния — 9,5%, сочетанная патология — 9,5%. Эндокринная патология отмечена у 14 больных (30,4%) до 18 лет.</p> <p><bold><italic>Заключение</italic></bold><italic>. </italic>У пациентов, перенёсших ретинобластому, выявлен высокий риск развития нарушений соматического статуса и эндокринных осложнений. Главные факторы риска — дистанционная лучевая терапия (ДЛТ) и алкилирующие агенты.
