The gestation age was from 23 to 30 weeks (mean: 26.5±1.7 weeks), birth weight was from 600 to 1850 g (mean: 867±229 g). 8 patients (47%) had APROP, and 9 patients (53%) had ROP stage III, type 1, “plus disease.” Laser coagulation of the avascular areas of the retina as the start in ROP therapy was performed in three patients with APROP (4 eyes, 12.1%). Intravitreal injection of the anti-VEGF ranibizumab was performed in 17 patients (33 eyes), including patients with previous laser coagulation. The age of the patients at the time of injection was from 7.7 to 15.6 weeks (10.5±1.9 weeks), PCA from 32.3 to 39.6 weeks (37.0±1.8 weeks). Patients with stage IVa ROP (5 patients, 6 eyes) underwent 25G or 27G lens sparing vitrectomy.</p> <p><bold><italic>RESULTS:</italic></bold> As a result of the complex treatment of ROP, the following results were obtained: complete regression in 13 patients (28 eyes, 84.8%). Partial regression in two patients (2 eyes, 6.1%). ROP progression to stage V in two patients (3 eyes, 9.1%).</p> <p><bold><italic>CONCLUSION:</italic></bold> Complex treatment of severe stages of active ROP with laser treatment, IVI injections, ranibizumab, and vitrectomy made it possible to preserve vision in 90.9% of patients.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold><italic>Цель.</italic></bold> Провести ретроспективное исследование применения препарата «Ранибизумаб» в комплексной терапии ретинопатии недоношенных в областном детском центре ретинопатии недоношенных ГАУЗ Свердловской области «Многопрофильный клинический медицинский центр «Бонум» г. Екатеринбурга.</p> <p><bold><italic>Материал и методы.</italic></bold> В исследование включено 17 пациентов (33 глаза). Срок гестации составлял от 23 до 30 недель (26,5±1,7 недель), масса при рождении — от 600 до 1850 г (867±229 г). У восьми пациентов (47%) была задняя агрессивная форма ретинопатии недоношенных (ЗАРН), а у девяти пациентов (53%) — ретинопатия (РН) III ст, тип 1, «плюс болезнь». Лазеркоагуляция аваскулярных зон сетчатки в качестве первого этапа в терапии РН была проведена у трёх пациентов с ЗАРН (4 глаза, 12,1%). Интравитреальное введение (ИВВ) ингибитора фактора роста эндотелия сосудов (ФРЭС) было проведено 17 пациентам (33 глаза), в том числе пациентам с ранее проведённой лазеркоагуляцией. Возраст больных на момент инъекции ранибизумаба составлял от 7,7 до 15,6 недель (10,5±1,9 недель), постконцептуальный возраст (ПКВ) — от 32,3 до 39,6 недель (37,0±1,8 недель). Пациентам с IVa стадией РН (5 пациентов, 6 глаз) была проведена микроинвазивная 25G или 27G ленссберегающая витрэктомия.</p> <p><bold><italic>Результаты.</italic></bold> Комплексное лечение РН привело к следующим результатам: полный регресс наблюдали у 13 пациентов (28 глаз, 84,8%), частичный регресс — у двух пациентов (2 глаза, т.е. 6,1%), прогрессирование РН до V стадии — у двух пациентов (3 глаза, т.е. 9,1%).</p> <p><bold><italic>Заключение. </italic></bold>Комплексное лечение тяжёлых стадий активной РН с применением лазерного лечения, инъекций СЭРФ и витрэктомии позволило сохранить зрение у 90,9% пациентов.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>retinopathy of prematurity</kwd><kwd>intravitreal injection</kwd><kwd>laser coagulation of the retina</kwd><kwd>vitrectomy</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>ретинопатия недоношенных</kwd><kwd>интравитреальная инъекция</kwd><kwd>лазеркоагуляция сетчатки</kwd><kwd>витрэктомия</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">Katargina LA.
